Muhammad Azfar Faizan

Muhammad Azfar Faizan is an experienced data engineering professional with a strong background in big data and analytics. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at Sanoma since October 2018, Muhammad has been instrumental in creating an internal big data platform to optimize business revenues and has held various roles in the company, including Senior Big Data Engineer and Big Data Engineer. Muhammad also founded Cloudconda Oy in February 2022. Previous positions include Software Developer at the University of Jyväskylä, Big Data Specialist at MyOpt Consulting Ltd., and Research Assistant focused on data warehousing. Muhammad holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Information Technology from the University of Jyväskylä and an additional Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Karachi University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
