Dimitris Bellos

Dimitris Bellos has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Dimitris currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at answr since November 2022.

Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at cloudeo, starting in November 2021. Dimitris also served as the Head of Products and Partner & Product Manager at cloudeo. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and developing various products and solutions. Dimitris briefly served as the Head of Geo-solutions and Head of Professional Services at cloudeo. Dimitris started their journey at cloudeo as a Geosystems Engineer in March 2016.

In 2021, Dimitris co-founded and became the Managing Director of cloudeo Hellas, where they focus on providing access to high-quality geospatial data and software.

Additionally, they founded and became the Managing Director of Pisize in March 2022.

Dimitris also has experience with research and academia. Dimitris worked as a Research Assistant and Intern at DLR, where they conducted studies related to remote sensing technology and underwater light fields.

Earlier in their career, Dimitris worked at the University of Crete, Department of Physics, as an Office Administrator and Teaching Assistant.

Overall, Dimitris Bellos has held various leadership and technical roles in the fields of operations, products, geospatial data, and remote sensing.

Dimitris Bellos has a diverse education history. Dimitris obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technische Universität München from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Physics from the University of Crete, where they studied from 2004 to 2012.

Additionally, Dimitris has acquired several certifications. In 2018, they completed a course titled "Introduction to Digital Currencies" offered by the University of Nicosia. Dimitris also received training in handling influencers and media representatives, including interview practice in front of the camera, from LEWIS Global Communications. Furthermore, they participated in a program called "Stepping into Leadership" provided by Akademie für Führungskräfte der Wirtschaft GmbH. Lastly, in 2012, they obtained a certification in informatics and computer processing from the University of Crete.
