Jake Miller

Jake Miller serves as the Vice President of Support and Customer Success at Cloudera, where a career spanning from June 2015 includes roles such as Senior Director of Advanced Support, Director of Americas and Public Sector Support, and Customer Operations Manager. In addition, Jake is the CEO of Denjak.com, a growing web hosting business initiated in 2003, pursued primarily for enjoyment. Prior to Cloudera, Jake held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Leidos and as a Systems Administrator at DSMCI. Jake holds a Master's Degree in Cyber Security from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
