Karla Laureiro

Karla Laureiro is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience supporting high-level executives across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CRO, and CSO at Cloudera since April 2022, Karla has a strong background that includes roles at Guidewire Software and Oracle, where responsibilities included managing administrative operations and supporting senior leaders. Previous positions as an Executive Assistant at Next Communications Inc. and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group highlight expertise in agenda management, travel coordination, and team supervision. Karla’s early career included a role as a 911 Dispatcher with the Hollywood Police Department and various executive support roles within Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
