Kate Dobroth

Kate Dobroth is an experienced professional in UX research and design, currently serving as a Staff member and Lead in UX Research and Product Analytics at Cloudera since June 2021. Previously, Kate worked at Cazena as a Senior UX/UI Designer, focusing on the web console of Cazena's Instant Data Lake, and co-founded ChefTap, a recipe organizer and grocery list app. Additional roles include Senior UX Expert at Applause, Owner and User Experience Designer at Mindframe Design, Senior User Experience Designer at Modo Labs, User Experience Designer at Verizon Wireless, Director of User Experience at eDial, and Senior Consultant at Enterprise Integration Group. Kate holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Northeastern University and a BA in Psychology and Linguistics from Wesleyan University.
