Kugaprakash Visagamani

Kugaprakash Visagamani is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and platform development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Hybrid Cloud and DataHub at Cloudera since April 2024, Kugaprakash has previously held key positions including Director of Platform Engineering at Illumio, where management of R&D teams across multiple countries and successful platform modernization initiatives were primary responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior Director of Engineering at MobileIron and significant development leadership roles at CloudPassage and Infoblox Inc, focusing on cloud security and customer engineering. Kugaprakash began the career as an engineer and has built a strong foundation in software development, team leadership, and strategic planning, supported by a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
