Laurence Da Luz serves as the Director of Services Portfolio & Transformation at Cloudera, having previously held positions as Principal Solutions Architect and Senior Solutions Architect for the Asia Pacific region. Prior experience includes roles at Hortonworks as Senior Systems Architect and Systems Architect, where expertise in architecting and implementing Big Data solutions was developed. At IBM, contributions were made as a Data Engineer focused on consulting and technical design in Big Data technologies. Laurence has a strong background in developing analytics solutions, optimizing performance in distributed environments, and implementing security practices, complemented by a solid educational foundation in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University.
