Rob Carey

Rob Carey has extensive leadership experience in cybersecurity and public sector solutions. Currently serving as President of Cloudera Government Solutions Inc and Vice President of Cloudera Public Sector, Rob has previously held significant roles at RSA Security and General Dynamics Information Technology, leading teams to deliver innovative solutions to various government entities. Additionally, Rob has a notable background in the United States Navy Reserve, where responsibilities included serving as the Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Navy and the Principal Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Department of Defense, overseeing substantial IT budgets. An alumnus of The George Washington University with a Master of Engineering Management and the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Rob has demonstrated a commitment to facilitating technological advancements within the public sector.
