Sweeta Nanda has extensive experience in customer operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Cloudera since September 2017, after holding positions ranging from Technical Support Manager to Customer Operations Engineer. Prior to Cloudera, Sweeta Nanda worked at Infosys from November 2011 to September 2017, advancing from System Engineer to Senior Systems Engineer and then to Technology Analyst, contributing to high-level design analysis, architecture, as well as coding and unit testing for new features. Sweeta Nanda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Koustuva Institute of Self Domain, completed in 2011, and graduated from D.A.V. Public School in 2007.
