Diana's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Endava, where roles ranged from Global Head of People Operations Programmes to Human Resources Manager, emphasizing people strategy, organizational design, and talent management. Earlier in her career, Diana worked as a university lecturer and coordinated mediation projects in the Republic of Moldova, demonstrating a robust background in education and social work.
