Jim Shultman

Jim Shultman is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Thales since February 2022, Jim focuses on building relationships with executive leadership to align talent strategies with business goals. Prior to this role, Jim held positions as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Business Operations & HR at Contender Solutions and Director of Talent Acquisition at Thales in North America. Jim's career began at TechUSA, INC. as Managing Director, overseeing operations in multiple verticals. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, completed in November 2023.
