Grace Okungu

Grace Okungu is an accomplished Operations Associate at CloudFactory since November 2019, responsible for maintaining accurate operational records, providing administrative support, and coordinating various logistical tasks. Previously, Grace served as an Associate Community Manager, where contributions were made towards the effective implementation of Toli Programs for community engagement. As an Annotation Analyst, responsibilities included delivering quality annotation projects aligned with client needs. Prior experience includes working as a Transcription Reviewer at Verbit.ai, focusing on high-quality transcribed work. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Literature from the University of Nairobi and completed secondary education at Kisumu Girls' National School.
