Ashwin Rao

Ashwin Rao is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Enterprise for India and SAARC at Cloudflare since February 2024, focusing on building the enterprise business in application security, zero trust, and developer platforms. Prior to this role, Ashwin held key positions at Zscaler, including Sales Director for Enterprise and Emerging Markets, where efforts centered on driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Director for Edgio and Limelight Networks, where Ashwin directed sales strategy and revenue generation in the India and SAARC regions. Additional roles were held at Unbxd Inc, LookingGlass+Kryptos, ProArch IT Solutions, Akamai Technologies, Oracle, and Mycrone Data Systems, showcasing a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and customer relationship management across various technology sectors. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
