Karen A. Hill, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Manager at Cloudflare, Karen has held senior positions including Senior Manager of Payroll at Helmerich & Payne and HR Director at Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP. Prior roles include VP and Director of HR Service Delivery at Bank of Oklahoma and HR Manager for Compensation and Payroll at Parker Drilling Company. Karen holds a Master's degree in Taxation from The University of Tulsa and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business.
