Pauline Piedfort is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, with extensive experience across various companies in the tech and travel industries. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success (EMEA High Touch) at Cloudflare since April 2021, Pauline focuses on building relationships with enterprise customers and managing the customer lifecycle post-contract. Prior to Cloudflare, Pauline worked at Vrbo as Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, where significant achievements included consistently surpassing targets and managing a diverse client portfolio and at Olapic as Account Manager for EMEA. Early career roles include managing relationships with B2B clients at Hotelcloud and various marketing positions. Pauline holds a Master's degree in Media, Marketing & Business from Sciences Po Rennes and a Master's degree in Media & Journalism from the University of Lille.
