Sue Shanabrook

Sue Shanabrook currently serves as Vice President of Resiliency Engineering at Cloudflare, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at Salesforce, where key roles included EVP of Infrastructure Services Engineering and SVP of Infrastructure Engineering. Major achievements at Salesforce involved leading the successful Hyperforce initiative and transforming infrastructure delivery processes. During a lengthy tenure at AT&T and IBM, foundational work was completed in developing internet services and dynamic resource allocation systems. Sue holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a double major in Math, both from the University at Albany. Additionally, Sue engages in hiking as a recreational pursuit.
