Susan Feldman

Susan Feldman is an experienced professional in workplace operations and experience management, currently serving as the Director of Global Workplace Experience & Operations at Cloudflare since March 2025. Prior to this role, Susan held positions including Head of Workplace Operations for the US and EMEA at Moloco and Manager of Workplace Services at Salesforce. At Slack, Susan advanced from Workplace Manager to Senior Manager, Workplace Operations, contributing significantly to the company's workplace strategies. Earlier in Susan's career, experience was gained as Senior Manager of Workplace Operations & Facilities at Base CRM, which was acquired by Zendesk. Susan holds a Master of Arts in Visual Arts Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History & Spanish from Willamette University.
