Pablo Massone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pablo began their career as a Partner at OUK S.H., where they provided web project design and development services to clients. Pablo then worked as a Market Research Responsable at Qualia S.A., overseeing tasks such as random sampling.

In 2003, Pablo joined Repsol YPF as a Key Account Manager, where they managed various segments, including the South Cone, Oil & Gas, and Capital & GBA. Pablo'sresponsibilities included implementing pricing strategies, developing sales channels, and forecasting sales.

After Repsol YPF, Pablo worked at Adecco as a Commercial Director, responsible for sales at a national level for the recruitment process service. Pablo developed sales strategies and plans, managed client portfolios, and presented proposals.

Pablo then joined Castrol as a Marketing Manager, where they oversaw the complete management of the Castrol brand in Argentina. Pablo designed and implemented marketing strategies and plans for the company.

Currently, Pablo is working at CloudGaia, where they started as a Commercial Manager and is now serving as Sales Director. Pablo is responsible for the development, management, and growth of the Latam market. Pablo leads the sales team and strategy for the region, strengthens relationships with partners and customers, and serves as a trusted advisor to understand their unique challenges and goals.

Pablo Massone completed their Industrial Engineering degree at UADE in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Cardenal Newman from 1983 to 1994, where they obtained their Bilingual High School Diploma. In 2012, they graduated from Escuela Argentina de Negocios with a Marketing degree, specializing in Marketing. Apart from their formal education, Pablo Massone also holds certifications from Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Associate in 2023 and the Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional in 2018.
