Brian Zemcik

Brian Zemcik is the Executive Vice President of Design & Construction at CloudHQ. Prior to joining CloudHQ, Brian was the Senior Director of Development & Construction at DuPont Fabros from October 2010 to May 2016. Before DuPont Fabros, Brian was the Vice President of Development at PN Hoffman from June 2002 to October 2010 where they oversaw land acquisition, proformas, entitlements, financing, building design, permitting, contract negotiation, construction management, budgeting, lease negotiation, marketing, mixed-use development, condominium documents, and reciprocal easement agreements. Brian started their career in preconstruction as the Preconstruction Manager at Southland Industries from June 1998 to April 2002 where they managed conceptual design, construction cost estimating, value engineering, design management, construction coordination, and business development.

Brian Zemcik is a graduate of Penn State University's Architectural Engineering program.

Brian Zemcik reports to Hossein Fateh, Founder & CEO. Brian Zemcik works with Jeramy Utara - Vice President, Sales and Leasing, Keith P. Harney - Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and Tonia M. Natesan - Controller.
