Ido Bar-Noam

Ido Bar-noam is an experienced professional in customer success operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Operations at Cloudinary since September 2016. In this role, Ido oversees the management of customer success-related systems and provides ongoing technical support. Ido has also held positions such as Head of Customer Success Enablement and Enablement Manager, focusing on empowering the customer success organization. Prior experience includes roles at ForNova as Technical Support Team Leader and Manager, and at Ernst & Young as a Consultant. Ido is also a member of the Gain Grow Retain community. Ido holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
