Kuba Soltysiak

Kuba Soltysiak is the Director at Cloudli, and they have also previously worked with CPS Capital and Cloudli Communications. Kuba has a wealth of experience in helping small and mid-size businesses grow, which they gained through management consulting and private equity roles. In June 2018, they founded Red Oak Succession Capital, through which they look to acquire, operate, and grow a single established business valued between $5M and $30M. Kuba is well-positioned to provide a succession plan to an entrepreneur or owner-operator, and is backed by a group of high net worth entrepreneurs who have successfully grown small and mid-size businesses. Soltysiak has experience closing multiple such transactions himself, and they are able to move efficiently to completing a transaction that is suited to the owner's needs and ensures an attractive financial exit.

Kuba Soltysiak has an MBA from INSEAD, an iBBA from the Schulich School of Business - York University, and has completed a one-year exchange program in commerce/management at emlyon business school. Kuba has also completed summer Chinese and Spanish language programs at Fudan University and the University of Havana, respectively.
