Rachel Kinoshita

Rachel Kinoshita has extensive experience in client services and technical support, currently serving as Client Services Management at Proofpoint since March 2007 and as Vice President of Support and Services at Cloudmark, Inc. since December 2008. Prior roles include Manager of Technical Support at Scalix Corporation and Product Manager at EarthLink, among others. Rachel has also held senior management positions at IBM/Lotus, Lotus, and cc:Mail, focusing on field support services and professional services. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Management Science from Oregon State University between 1981 and 1984.
