Chitra Puranik Kuve

Chitra Puranik Kuve is the General Manager –Training at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals and currently based in Bengaluru. She heads the Training and Development initiatives for all the 15 Hospitals of Cloudnine. She and her team works closely and in collaboration with various department heads and employees in developing unique and effective training and development solutions specific to the different departments. She leads initiatives that develop abilities in the employees to be effective for the current and changing organisational needs. Her key areas of specialisation include organisation development and change management with a systems approach, behavioral training design and delivery, group and organisational dynamics and leadership development. With nearly 15 years of working experience across diverse fields like manufacturing, IT, Government, NGOs and academic industries, Chitra holds a strong background of entrepreneurship in the field of training and development. She holds diverse experience on developing and implementing training modules based on Indian Mythology & belief systems which can be adapted to different markets and are useful in effectiveness of growth in people across industries.

Chitra holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialisation in Instrumentation Technology from Visveswariah Technological University. She is also a member of Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS). In the past she has presented papers in conferences and done innovative and original work leveraging native Indian thinking for effective development programs.
