Martin Bishop has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in systems architecture and solutions design, with a focus on advanced metering infrastructure and artificial intelligence. Beginning as a Systems Administrator and Product Manager at Actaris, Martin led the development of innovative Smart Metering solutions. Martin then served as Principal Solutions Architect at Itron, spearheading architectural designs for new projects in the EMEA region. At Amazon Web Services, Martin held several leadership roles, including Head of Solutions Architecture for the UKIR Public Sector, where a significant team expansion was achieved, and Chief Technologist, engaging with strategic public sector clients. Currently, as Chief AI Officer at Cloudscaler, Martin guides clients in adopting AI technologies in highly regulated environments, ensuring safe and effective integration of AI into their operations.
