Brenda Waterhouse

Global Head of Engagement at Cloudscene

Brenda Waterhouse has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. Brenda started their career at Qwest Services Corporation in 2003 as a Sr. Project Manager, managing a team of Carrier Relations Managers. In this role, their primary function was to negotiate deals with telecom providers and drive cost savings for the company. Brenda stayed in this position until June 2006.

Brenda then moved on to CenturyLink in 2012 and took on multiple roles during their tenure. Firstly, they were a POM Manager, overseeing a team of Offer Management Analysts and managing pricing and contract negotiations with customers. Brenda then became a Manager, responsible for the successful onboarding and technological direction of sales operations. Finally, they took on the role of Sales and Operations Tool Development and Implementation, where they created a pilot program to sell into specific metro markets and established targeted pricing to increase acquisition opportunities. Brenda'stime at CenturyLink lasted until May 2016.

After leaving CenturyLink, Brenda joined Zayo Group as a Sr. Director of Carrier Relations. In this position, they led a team responsible for buyer negotiation and relationship management with telecom providers. Brenda successfully built strong partnerships and contributed to business growth. Brenda'stime at Zayo Group ended in August 2019.

Most recently, Brenda has been working at Cloudscene as the Global Head of Engagement since August 2019. Further information about their role and responsibilities in this position is not provided.

Brenda Waterhouse obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Science from Parks in the years 1997 to 1999. In addition, they obtained a certification for Sales from ZoomInfo in December 2020.
