Eyal Kaldes

Eyal Kaldes is an experienced leader in customer operations and success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at HackerOne since July 2024, where responsibilities include building and implementing strategies for post-sales operations. Eyal has held various senior positions, including Chief Revenue Officer at BankVault Cybersecurity and Chief Customer Success Officer at H2O.ai, where a global customer success program was established. Previous roles also include VP Client Services at PerimeterX, GM & VP at Aerohive Networks, and VP of Worldwide Technical Support at Proofpoint, demonstrating a strong focus on customer-centric growth and operational excellence. Eyal is also an Advisory Board member at CloudShare and Power-Tags. Eyal holds a Bachelor’s degree in E-Business from the University of Phoenix.
