JD Trout is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development, cloud enablement, and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at CloudSoda since January 2020, JD has previously held senior roles such as VP of Software Development at Integrated Media Technologies, Inc. and Director of Technology at StepsAway, Inc. Notable achievements include building a scalable microservices cloud infrastructure at StepsAway, capable of processing over a billion unique events annually. JD’s foundation includes roles as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Integrated Media Technologies, IT Manager at the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging, and IT Consultant at the Salk Institute, along with serving as Director of IT at Santa Fe Christian Schools. JD Trout is an alumnus of UCLA.
