Craig M. has worked in the IT industry since 2009. Craig began their career at Investec as a Global Citrix Team Lead, where they designed and implemented a global Citrix strategy and created and maintained budgets for the South African Citrix Infrastructure. In 2013, they moved to Smartaxess EOH Citrix as a Consultant, where they designed solutions for remote access for Standard Bank Asia and for a XenApp upgrade for Standard Bank Asia. In 2014, they joined EOH as a Senior Citrix Consultant, where they consulted for design, implementation, support and documents for various Citrix products. Craig then moved to Datacentrix as a Presales Specialist in 2018, followed by Citrix as a Lead Customer Success Engineer in 2019.
