Jocelyn Bautista-Perez

Jocelyn Bautista-Perez began their career at Cyber City Teleservices in 2001, working their way up from Customer Service Representative to Trainer/Recruiter and eventually Senior Trainer/Corporate Trainer. In June 2013, Jocelyn joined iQor as AVP - Talent, ReQruitment before transitioning to Cloudstaff Inc as an Executive Search & Selection Consultant. Jocelyn later moved to the Globe Group, specifically Cloudstaff, as a Recruitment Assistant. Currently, Jocelyn serves as the Talent Operations Manager and Recruitment Operations Lead at Cloudstaff, where Jocelyn is dedicated to creating a supportive and friendly workplace for employees worldwide. Jocelyn has a background in executive recruitment, database mining, talent pooling, and candidate management.
