Sheilan Villafranca

Sheilan Villafranca has held various Human Resources roles since 2011. Sheilan began their career as an Officer at TIP in 2011, then moved to the Kenji Tei Food Group Inc. as an HR Manager in 2013. Later that same year, they joined the South Pacific Container Corporation in the same capacity. In 2022, they joined the Seller Universe E-commerce Group as a Human Resources Team Member, and currently holds the role of People Operations and Culture Manager at CloudSwyft Global Systems, Inc.

Sheilan Villafranca's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomas from 1996 to 2000, and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition with a minor in Development Communication from UPLB from 2001 to 2004. Sheilan also has experience with three jobs in the Philippines.
