Erica Hoelper

Erica Hoelper has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Erica started their career in 2014 as a Preschool Teacher at DINO SCHOOLS of PRAGUE, a.s. and worked there until 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Young Learners English Instructor at Monty Skolka.

In 2017, they joined Vinci Hair Clinic as a Micropigmentation Technician and Client Consultant, where they worked until 2020.

In 2020, Erica transitioned to the tech industry and joined CloudTalk as a Customer Support Representative. Later in the year, they took on the role of Carrier Partnership Manager. Erica managed carrier relationships and was responsible for account verification, KYC processes, and developing security protocols and fraud detection processes.

In 2022, Erica was promoted to the position of Carrier Operations Lead at CloudTalk.
