Eric Sauter

Eric Sauter is currently serving as a Senior Community Director at CloudTen Residential. Prior to this, Eric held the title of Community Manager at Sage Apartment Communities, Inc. and Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential. With a background in property management, Eric has experience working as a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Consultant at previous companies such as Affinity Property Management - OR and Apartment Advantage Staffing Services. Before entering the property management field, Eric worked at Netflix as a Customer Service Representative and at The Signal NW LLC as a Senior Claims Specialist. Eric's educational background includes a HS Diploma from West Albany High School and attending Linn-Benton Community College.
