Donna Heathcote has a diverse work experience starting from 2013 as a Senior Systems Analyst at Woodside Energy. Donna then worked at Aurecon as a Project Control Manager, where they analyzed project data, managed project schedules, and tracked progress. Following that, they joined UGL LTD as a Senior Project Controls Specialist, providing cost, schedule, and risk controls for specific scopes of work. After working in UGL LTD, Donna worked as a Senior Consultant, specializing in project management, change management, and contract management. Donna then joined Prescience Technology as a Manager, overseeing project delivery and advisory. Currently, they hold the role of Functional Development and Support Director at Clough.
Donna Heathcote earned a Diploma in Positive Psychology from Langley Institute between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Project Management from TrainWest in 2019-2020. In 2016, they also obtained a Diploma in Management from TrainWest, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TrainWest.
