Dr. Ankur Shekhar

Dr. Ankur Shekhar has a diverse work experience in the dental field. Dr. Ankur started their career in 2009 as a Dentist at Bansal Dental Clinic. Dr. Ankur then worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Public Health Dentistry at ITS Centre for Dental Studies and Research from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they joined a Private Dental Clinic as a Senior Consultant until 2018. Dr. Ankur also worked at Clove Dental HQ as a Senior Quality Consultant in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Manager/Head of Government Compliance and Collaboration at Clove Dental.

Dr. Ankur Shekhar completed their Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from K.D.R.C in 2008. Dr. Ankur also obtained a BDS degree from Jitesh Vlog in the same year. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU.

Additionally, Dr. Shekhar has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received certifications from the World Health Organization in topics such as Introduction to COVID-19: methods for detection, prevention, response and control, Standard precautions: Waste management, Standard precautions: Hand hygiene, and COVID-19: Operational Planning Guidelines and COVID-19 Partners Platform to support country preparedness and response. Dr. Ankur also obtained a certification in Collaboration, Communication and Remote Working from the University of Leeds, although the specific month and year are unknown.
