Joan Santillan Albores

Joan Santillan Albores is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager and Delivery Lead for Digital Transformation at Online Business Systems since May 2016, Joan previously held the position of Software Engineering Senior Manager at Accenture from January 2004 to January 2016. In addition, Joan contributed to the Accenture Education Program as a University Course Instructor in IT from 2006 to 2008, teaching at esteemed institutions such as the University of the Philippines, University of Asia and the Pacific, and De La Salle University. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Developer at United Coconut Planters Bank from July 2001 to January 2004. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University and a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online.
