Karen Soares

Karen Soares is the SVP, Deputy General Counsel at Clover Health. Karen has over fifteen years of experience as a lawyer, including serving as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Analyte Health and as an Associate at Fried Frank. Karen began their legal career as a Law Clerk to Judge W. Eugene Davis at the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Karen Soares has a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA from Dartmouth College in English and Philosophy. Karen also attended Indian Springs School.

Their manager is Vivek Garipalli, Co-Founder, CEO & Board Member. They work with Aric Sharp - Divisional CEO, Value Based Care, Wendy Richey - Chief Compliance Officer, and Jamie Reynoso - COO.
