Luci Prange is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and vendor management across various industries. Currently serving as a Telesales Vendor Senior Manager at Clover Health since August 2021, Luci facilitates relationships with two vendors, focusing on enhancing Telesales effectiveness and monitoring performance outcomes. Prior roles include Vendor Manager at Farmers Insurance, where Luci was pivotal during the transition of Auto/Home products from MetLife, and multiple positions at MetLife over seven years, encompassing Client Relations Director and Coaching Specialist. Luci’s career also includes leadership roles at The Hartford, Catalyst360°, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where responsibilities spanned team management, operations oversight, and coaching program development. Luci Prange retired in January 2025.
