Rob Fielding

Rob Fielding is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Clover Health since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rob worked as a contractor at Kiwibank and held positions at Orion Health and Divide™. Rob's experience in the financial sector includes a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley and a consulting role at ABN AMRO. Early career highlights include seven years at Designer Servers Ltd., where Rob contributed to the development of an Internet startup leading to a successful acquisition, as well as a role as Senior Developer and Systems Engineer at Business Serve following the acquisition of Designer Servers Ltd. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Salford, obtained in 1998.
