Lauren Weaver

Lauren Weaver is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Clover Sonoma since November 2020, Lauren has advanced from a Human Resources Representative to a Senior Human Resources Representative. Prior experience includes serving as an Organizational Development Specialist and Benefits & Payroll Specialist at SAFE Credit Union from May 2017 to May 2021, along with roles at River City Bank and Summit Funding, Inc. Lauren began a career in finance as a Teller/Personal Banker at River City Bank before transitioning into human resources. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from California State University-Sacramento.
