Job description

You Are: • A great communicator with fantastic verbal & written communication skills. • Organized and able to co-ordinate with many different people to produce the best work. • Analytical and detail oriented. • Self-motivated, passionate, and able to embrace new ideas. • Great at research, you are able to quickly understand emerging community needs, share findings internally and produce actionable plans as a result.

A bonus if you: • Are a hobbiest or part time creator on UGC gaming platforms like Minecraft, Roblox or any other UGC sandbox platforms. • Have experience with Roblox Studio or game engines such as Unity or Unreal. • Are passionate about Web3.0 and have had some experience in a Web3.0 project, for example as a DAO member. • Are a user of Web3.0 metaverse platforms (E.g., The Sandbox, Decentraland, etc). • Already run a successful Discord Channel, Telegram Group or Twitter Account in a UGC gaming community.

You Will: • Grow & build a passionate and creative UGC gaming and metaverse builder community. • Help devise and execute community incentives and programs. • Grow a team of passionate creator advocates, ambassadors and community contributors. • Proactively set community goals, monitor progress of new and emerging communities. • Report, track and analyse community growth, effectiveness and trends of various social channels. • Inform, educate and communicate with creators worldwide on the newest features, programs and creator successes. • Create content communication road maps and calendar for scheduled communications, keeping creators well-informed and up-to-date. • Own multiple communication channels and build processes around them. • Create consistent communications that leverage community resources and champions. • Become the voice of the community, identifying and quantifying the key action items that will impact creator growth. • Work together with Business Development teams to identify partnership opportunities for creators.
