Shubham Arora started their work experience in 2018 as an IT Recruiter at PeopleNTech, LLC. Shubham then worked as a Technical Recruiter at SysMind LLC from September 2019 to February 2020. In 2020, they joined Smart IT Frame LLC as a Technical Recruiter from February to July. Currently, Shubham is serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Clovity, a San Francisco-based IT Professional Services company specializing in digital transformation solutions, IT staffing, and IoT-as-a-Service.

Shubham Arora pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from DR. K.N. MODI INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, MODINAGAR, GHAZIABAD. Shubham completed this program between 2012 and 2016.
