John Mayfield

John Mayfield is a General Partner at Album VC since 2014, specializing in investments ranging from $500k to $4M in early-stage software companies, particularly in Software as a Service (SaaS) and marketplaces. Mayfield serves on the boards of various companies, including Neighbor, an innovative peer-to-peer storage platform, and Filevine, which provides case management software for legal professionals. Additionally, Mayfield has been actively involved with Route, Qwick, Clozd, and Plena Data as a board member, contributing expertise in technology-driven solutions. Previous roles also include board observation at Roster and board membership at Consensus and the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. Mayfield holds an MBA and a degree in Management with a focus on Finance from Brigham Young University.
