Carl McConkey holds a Master of Science in Leadership for Sustainable Development & Project Management and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geography from Queen's University Belfast. Currently serving as the Head of Group Security and Group CISO at CLP since April 2022, Carl has previously held significant roles including Chief Information Security Officer at MBDA from September 2019 to April 2022 and Senior Cyber and Information Security Manager - Deputy CISO. Earlier in career at the UK Ministry of Defence, Carl worked as RAF Provost Officer specializing in Cyber Information Assurance from January 2012 to September 2019.
