Melanie McDermott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management roles. As the Owner of The Great North Apparel since August 2021, Melanie has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while overseeing business operations. Additionally, Melanie has been with CLS since January 2010, progressing from Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to Production Manager and ultimately to Production Operations Manager, showcasing significant expertise in production and operational management. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected graduation in August 2025, Melanie continues to enhance academic knowledge alongside practical experience.
