Isaiah Rincon

Isaiah Rincon is a seasoned professional in business development, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at CLS Health since September 2022. Previously, Isaiah held the position of Vice President of Business Development at PAD Specialists from February 2020 to July 2022, and also worked as a Business Development Associate/Community Liaison. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development/Recruiter at Talentwell Services and serving as Development Manager for the City of Pasadena from April 2013 to October 2018. Isaiah is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, expected to graduate in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, awarded in 2019.
