David Fuller FCG has a strong background in company secretarial roles, spanning various industries. David started their career in 1999 as an Assistant Company Secretary at the Financial Services Authority. From there, they moved to Diageo, where they worked as a Company Secretarial Assistant for two years. In 2006, David joined Sportingbet Plc as Deputy Company Secretary and later moved to Sibir Energy plc in the same role. In 2009, they joined CLS Holdings plc, initially as Deputy Company Secretary and later took on roles as Company Secretary and Head of Group HR. Currently, David is serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary at CLS Holdings plc.

David Fuller FCG attended Anglia Ruskin University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a focus on Company Law.
