Alina Muszkieta's work experience begins in 2005 as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Novartis, where they oversaw a department-wide infrastructure inventory mapping effort and coordinated desktop and laptop upgrades. In 2007, they became a Technology Service Manager at Hoffmann-La Roche, handling daily operations of the global desktop environment and serving as the main point of contact for IT incidents, problems, and service requests. In 2010, Alina joined Celgene as a Change and Release Management Consultant, where they provided leadership for release and change management and implemented improvements to the ServiceNow application. Lastly, in 2014, they started working at CLS Group as the US Lead Service Manager and ServiceNow Platform Owner, responsible for designing and managing the implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM suite of applications, integrating ServiceNow with other tools, and populating the CMDB with server data.
Alina Muszkieta attended The Chubb Institute from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Computer Programming. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Arts degree at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, specializing in English.
