Sneha Joseph

Sneha Joseph has a solid work history starting in 2013. Sneha began as a Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse, where they performed daily reconciliations and generated controls for identifiable risks. Sneha then worked as an Operations Intern at Kembrel, supporting e-commerce systems. Sneha also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Juno Search Partners. Sneha then became a Resident Assistant at Villanova University, where they managed a residence hall and facilitated events.

In 2014, Sneha joined Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Bank Loan Sales, where they improved processes and client service levels. Sneha then worked as a Finance Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden, specializing in the energy sector.

Sneha then transitioned to Moelis & Company, where they initially served as a Lateral Recruiter before becoming an Associate in Human Capital Management. Their responsibilities included talent acquisition and management.

Most recently, Sneha has been with CLS Group, first as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later as both a Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partner.

Sneha Joseph earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Business and Analytics from Villanova University between 2011 and 2014.
