Rick Pitko has over 20 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Rick has served as the General Manager of Sales & Operations at Club Assist, overseeing all aspects of regional P&L, operations, sales, and logistics. At G&K Services, they worked as a Branch Manager, managing sales, P&L, delivery, billing, contract management, and business development. Rick also worked as an Associate Manager at McGraw Hill, coordinating the start-up of a new test scoring facility. Additionally, Rick served as the General Manager/Sales Manager of the Concrete Products Division at Accord Industries, where they ran business operations and built relationships with various stakeholders. Finally, they were the Director of Sales at RSR Group, where they led domestic and international sales efforts.

Rick Pitko earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine from 1979 to 1980. Rick later pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bowling Green State University from 1995 to 1997.
