Jon Kasunic

Jon Kasunic is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in workplace and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Workplace Experience Ambassador at JLL and an Office Services Coordinator at ISS A/S, Jon also extends expertise as an Actor in the Film and Television Industry. Previous roles include Customer Service Advocate at Club Automation and Field Staff at Hosts Chicago, where Jon was involved in event planning coordination and onsite customer care. Notably, Jon spent several years as a Concierge at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, where responsibilities included providing tailored experiences for a range of guests, managing transportation and dining arrangements, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
